Pros:Solid workmanship Delivered in the quoted time frame Cons: We were never asked to choose a matte colour when we came into your office to spec out the job. Due to blue samples on the wall that have the trim colour the same as the matte colour we thought we would be getting the same colour on the edge and the matte. At some point the person putting together our order should have realized that we had not selected a matte colour. At that point work should have stopped to find out what we wanted. We should have been called to find out what colour we would want the matte to be. Why would one of your workers make that decision without knowing our taste? My wife did receive a call that the walnut colour we chose for our art was no longer available but that a very close option was found. My wife asked if there was an opportunity for us to come and have a look. We were told that was not possible. The matte colour your worker selected is nowhere close to the original walnut colour we selected. A discount was provided as we expressed our surprise and disappointment when picking up our art. We really had no option. The work could not be reversed. Our only option was to buy the images again and start over. We would be out 100\'s of dollars. The colour your worker selected for us does not work well in our room. Additionally we were told that hardware to hang our art was provided. We only opened the smaller image when picking up our art as the larger image was packed too well to open. When I did not see the hardware in the smaller image and asked, we were told that hardware for both pieces were in the packaging of the larger image. I just called your office and asked about the hardware and was told now it would to be included. Very disappointed in the communication with your company and the results of this project.

Little did I know that it wouldn\'t even be sent out until a week later. By the time I should have received my canvas, it hadn\'t even been sent out. Not a peep from you guys. Not an explanation. Not an apology. Not even a heads up. Needless to say, I am frustrated. If you are running behind, let people know that are depending on your product. I had to call and inquire about the status of my order since there was no tracking number online and it had already been over a week (clearly there was no number because it hadn\'t even been sent yet) to be told, \"I don\'t know what to tell you. You should hopefully get it by Friday.\" Not even an apology or better explanation. I was depending on you guys for a deadline. That is all thrown out the window.
KEENART: We shipped the artist canvas four days after we received the order, and the free shipping took 3 days, unfortunately for an important order like this the Customer didn\'t ask for rush services or express shipping, we are really sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
